• You will receive your files in standard formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, or website login credentials as applicable).

3. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance.

• We accept payments through secure gateways like Razorpay, UPI, and direct bank transfer.

4. Refund Policy

• We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the final output, you may request a refund within 24 Hours of delivery, provided the files have not been used or published.

• Refunds are processed within 24 Hours to the original payment method.

5. Use of Content

• You are free to use the content for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes.

• Reselling or redistribution of our digital products without consent is not permitted.

6. No Piracy

• We strictly use paid, original tools such as Photoshop, ChatGPT, and others for creating content.

• No copyrighted, pirated, or AI-replicated content from third-party brands or platforms is used.

7. Limitation of Liability

• IMN Innovation will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.

8. Support & Communication

• For support, you may contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our website.

• Communication and revisions are available for up to 2 days after delivery.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
